Representing the standard by which other hardbanding alloys are measured, Arnco 200XT™ has proved its capabilities on over 20 million feet of drill pipe and other drilling equipment and is still used in major drilling projects around the world.

Features and Advantages

• The low coefficient of friction of the Arnco 200XT™ deposit minimizes rapid casing wear caused by drill string contacting the casing wall.
• Arnco 200XT™ has excellent resistance to the high stress abrasion experienced in open hole.
• Arnco 200XT™ can be applied raised to give maximum casing and tool joint wear reduction.
• Arnco 200XT™ can be applied over existing deposits with some limitations. The existing hardbanding must be in serviceable condition before the 200XT™ is applied and applicators must strictly adhere to the Arnco Hardbanding Specification Manual for proper application.
• Consult Arnco Technology in Houston before attempting to apply 200XT™ over other types of handbanding.
